Divine Institute of Media Science or DiMS is envisaged and executed under the leadership of the Vincentian fathers to impart value-based technical education in Digital Media Science. DiMS audio studio is a state-of-the-art audio floor with an acoustically conditioned recording room and editing platform. Our technically proficient and industry-experienced faculty members in sound technology focus on principles of sound recording, dubbing, and other related skills using the latest software like Nuendo, Pro Tools, Adobe Audition, etc.

Cinematography Studio:

To learn cinematography in a creative environment, DiMS provides a studio equipped with SLR and DSLR cameras, professional lenses, and other kinds of necessary accessories for still shooting. Professional lights and light meters enhance the quality of shooting.

Screening Theatre:

We have a fully air-conditioned, High Definition theatre, with a seating capacity of 64 seats, equipped with Dolby Digital 9.1 surround sound. Nationally and Internationally acclaimed films are screened here and appreciations and discussions are held on a regular basis involving film critics and experts. In addition to the screening facility, our theatre gives students and guest filmmakers an opportunity to exhibit their work in a collaborative environment.

Computer Lab:

Our computer lab is well-equipped with the latest versions of Animation, desktop publishing, 3D rendering, website authoring, graphic designing, and digital video and audio software applications. The lab is available for students, at any time, for their various computing needs.
