The training and placement quality circle of Dnyanshree Institute aims to build a strong interface between the corporate world and the Institute. The quality circles initiatives include continuous interaction with the prospective recruiters to understand their requirements of knowledge and skill sets and to prepare our students accordingly. TPQC works in close coordination with the student placement committee comprising of student coordinators chosen from various departments. The institute’s excellent infrastructure supports each and every stage of the placement process in arranging pre-placement talks, written test, group discussion and interviews while assisting our guests in the best possible manner.

TPQC is also catering to the needs and interests of the students who are willing to go for UPSC and GATE preparations. It conducted workshops related to Careers in Civil Services and GATE preparations. TPQC has also conducted the workshop on “interview preparation” in association with Thinkers & Fillers. The motivated team of the Training and Placement Cell is active “improvement", in all spheres. We have reached a milestone of 400+ placements till date. B. Tech students have grabbed opportunities from various sectors for different profiles.

DIET Placement Process

DIET's Placement Process involves a systematic approach to facilitate job opportunities for its students. Initially, both new and existing recruiters receive notifications about the placement drive via email along with attached brochures. The placement cell then collaborates with interested companies to finalize their participation in the drive. Subsequently, mutually agreed-upon dates for pre-placement talks, assessments, and interviews are arranged by the placement team and the companies. The Training and Placement Cell ensures students are well-informed by providing comprehensive job descriptions, details about job opportunities, and information regarding the placement drive schedule. Students who have registered for placement can express their interest by submitting their resumes (CVs). Following interviews, group discussions, negotiations, and assessments, successful candidates receive offer letters.
