Dr.B.C. Roy Engineering College, Durgapur (BCREC¸Durgapur) – Training and Placement Cell. Currently, the university has 9 faculties in the field of engineering at UG level (B.Tech), from which AIML, CSD, and CSE-Data Science are also derived, and 4 specializations at PG level (M.Tech). The university also offers MBA and MCA courses. 

At our college, the university regularly organizes training modules for students that combine the development of skills (numerical and analytical), technical skills, behavioral and communication skills, programming and coding, training on new technologies, and interview simulations.  The university trains our students through our in-house training team and prepares them for work in industry. The institute conducts an online mock test conducted by external agencies. 

Our central training and placement cell consists of full-time professionals working from our Kolkata office and Durgapur campus and is also supported by a team of campus faculty for training and other activities.  Since its inception and over the years, BCREC has become the preferred choice for campus recruiting by all major organizations.
