The Training & Placement Cell serves as a crucial link between the corporate sector and the college community. Headed by Prof A.A.Shahade, the Cell provides invaluable guidance to students, assisting them in making informed career decisions and facilitating numerous placement opportunities. At Dr. Rajendra Gode Institute of Technology and Research, Amravati, the educational framework emphasizes not only professional excellence but also the cultivation of ethical values. The Training & Placement process begins upon students' admission to their respective programs and extends until their successful placement in reputable companies. Even after placement, the Department remains committed to supporting alumni in their career advancement endeavors. All placement-related activities are overseen by the Training and Placement Cell (T&P Cell) of the institute. Comprising the T&P Officer, faculty members, the Student Placement Committee, and dedicated student volunteers, the T&P Cell operates tirelessly to deliver exemplary services to visiting organizations around the clock.

DRGITR Placement Process

1. The placement process at Dr. Rajendra Gode Institute of Technology and Research, Amravati commences with an orientation session for students, acquainting them with the placement process.

2. Pre-placement talks are conducted by recruiters, providing students with valuable insights into the organizational culture, work environment, job roles, and expectations.

3. Subsequently, written tests are administered to assess students' knowledge and aptitude relevant to the job requirements.

4. Upon clearing the written tests, students engage in group discussions with recruiters to further evaluate their communication and interpersonal skills.

5. The final stage involves interviews, where recruiters meticulously assess students' responses, demeanor, and overall suitability for the role.

6. Following the interviews, recruiters select candidates deemed most suitable for the job. These candidates are then offered employment and required to formalize the arrangement by signing an employment contract.
