D.S.M.S. Centre for Professional Excellence is an Institute located in the Durgapur district of West Bengal, India. The college is affiliated with the West Bengal University of Technology. Computer Center:

DSMS is working towards a vision of creating dynamic and proficient engineers who are technically and holistically prepared for the world. Looking at this, they provide their students with computer proficiency classes to incorporate modern-day technical values. The institute possesses air-conditioned computer laboratories with 24-hour internet Facilities free of cost to its students. The internet facility provided at the laboratories is through radio frequency with a 4 mbps internet Leased line.

Auditorium:

The College has two auditoriums with a capacity of 350 and 250 persons respectively. Apart from this, each Institute has 80 people’s capacity seminar halls.

Library:

The college has a library facility for all students. The institute has a state-of-the-art library with more than 18000 books comprising 13,685 titles and 2,000 CD’s on a variety of management topics and about 77 national and international journals (Printed and E Version). online journal database Ebsco, J-Gate, Prowess IQ CMIE, and IndiaStat are also accessible to all the students and faculty members for working on financial and statistical data respectively. Institute is also focusing on research and software SYSTAT, and SPSS is accessible for that purpose.

Laboratories:

The Laboratories are equipped with the Automated Smart HPLC System and Plethysmometer Data Acquisition System. It also has an underground Ballistic Research Center and an intelligence laboratory.
