The library has a total of 14607 no. volumes and 4076 no. of titles. It has subscribed to 60 national and international journals. The library is a member of DELNET to access 1150 journals of engineering and 1990 journals of management.

The College provides the indoor and outdoor games facility to all students. It has facilities for cricket, football and various courts for sports activities.

E.S. Engineering College has a fleet of buses, minibusses, cars, and jeeps for use by teachers, students, and staff. The college buses are operated in the morning and evening to and from central places in the city and the nearby towns at nominal fares.
