FISTP, Thrissur has a placement department that is professionally managed and helps organize campus interviews. The students have the option of pursuing the job or the organization of their preference. The school provides adequate training, guidance, and guidance on how to create resumes, create the ability to think independently, make it through interviewing, communicating skills group discussions, and many other capabilities. Students are prepared for interviews by having mock interviews to practice. The institute has a track record of providing over 90% on-campus recruiting every year.
