The hostel facility for both Boys and Girls is available within the campus and their administration centrally lies with the Dean, Administration of the college. With the inclusion of a large number of e-journals, the digital library has become a very part and parcel of both students' and faculty members' academic activities. Students and faculty members access their part of the various online courses from Coursera, Udemy, Swayam-NPTEL, etc through the browsing centre, during their leisure time.

Gandhi Engineering College has well equipped medical facility within the campus to provide first-hand emergency services to Faculty members and students. Serious cases are generally transferred to any city hospital in Bhubaneswar. The institute provides a 24-hour ambulance service.

A fleet of 20 buses, each of capacity 50, remains all the time ready to provide on-the-road communication facilities between the college campus and the heart of the twin cities-Bhubaneswar and Cuttack.
