Gandhi Gram College, Wardha a venture of Indira Bahu-uddeshiya Mahila Vikash Sanstha, Wardha, was established in 2002. Progressed by leaps and bounds to become a pioneer institute in Wardha district creating professionals in a diverse range of academic activities in the field of Teaching, Information Technology, Management, Fashion Designing, Textile Designing, Garment Manufacturing Technology & Interior Designing.

The air-conditioned computer lab is available. The college has leased line internet connection, which is locally networked and connected through more than 20 Wi-Fi routers, covering the campus. Computer laboratories are equipped with the most advanced systems for both: Windows and Linux servers. Students can get hands-on experience with the latest software packages and browse selected internet sites at the same time. All e-books and study materials including all academic-related data can be accessed through campus connectivity. 24/7 internet connectivity and full-fledged integration with Google apps enable quick sharing of information sharing across various platforms.

Library:

Our library is well-equipped to support and facilitate the teaching, learning, and research programs of the Institute. Well-stocked with the latest books and research publications, the library at Glocal is open to all students, faculty members, and employees. The print collection includes books, monographs, research reports, law reports, back volumes of periodicals, etc. In addition to professional reading, the library provides a good amount of leisure reading and books for soft skills development. All subjects related to the University's academic and research programs have been included in the collection. The library is also developing a core collection of media resources comprising of documentaries, training films, fiction, music, etc.

A huge library with a specious reading room and it has a comprehensive collection of literature according to the syllabus. It provides a dedicated course collection as per prescribed by the University. There are many periodicals and magazines. It has an earmarked reading room with a sufficient quantity of books, magazines, newspapers, etc.

Classrooms:

The classrooms, lecture halls, and tutor rooms at GGC are fully furnished with state-of-the-art technology to be at par with the standards set by the world’s best institutes. The Teaching-Learning pedagogy used in the classrooms is IT enabled and all classrooms are equipped with a standard array of presentation equipment that provides our faculty with the best multimedia tools for their instructional needs The lecture halls can accommodate up to 90 students, classrooms can accommodate 60 students while the tutorial classes are designed for a strength of 20-30 students. We have Wi-Fi enabled campus, on which an Information Management System is made available, which can facilitate students to discuss academic topics, submit their assignments online, see their class notes, and study through specially designed learning resources.

Equipped with modern tools & sewing machines. Textile Printing Lab: 8 Printing Tables.

Textile Chemistry Lab: 

Different Textile Testing equipment to analyze the fiber, yarn & fabric properties.

Weaving Lab:

Four tables loom & Hand Loom with Dobby attachment for preparation of different weaving samples.

Dyeing Lab:

Dyeing bath, bowl, etc. There is a separate machine for each student for their work on Garments.
