Govt. College for Women, GUNTUR stands as one of the 11 Degree colleges in Andhra Pradesh where JKCs were first established in 2006. The JKC initiative is dedicated to training students in technical skills, soft skills, project management, problem-solving techniques, and communication skills, utilizing accelerated learning strategies. 

The primary goal of JKC at Govt. College for Women, GUNTUR, is to shape students into individuals aligned with the expectations of the corporate community. This training program not only identifies and enhances their inherent skills but also imparts employable skills that may be lacking. With a commitment to supplying quality human resources to the nation, JKC has collaborated with prominent companies such as Infosys, HCL, TCS, ILM, Mahindra Satyam, Wipro, etc., through initiatives like Campus Connect. The Foundation program and soft skills sessions are organized to further empower students in their career pursuits.
