About Government Degree College for Women, Marripalem

Govt. Degree College, Marripalem is affiliated with the Andhra University, Visakhapatnam and is the first tribal women's college in the ITDA region. Firstly it was accommodated by the Govt.Degree College, Chintapalli .It was later moved to the permanent building owned by 6.03 acres of land at Downuru Marripalem of Moolapeta Panchyat in the 2014-2015 academic year.

Separate boys' and girls' hostels with high security are available on the university campus. Boys and girls have two hostels with WiFi services for UG and PG, which can accommodate around 150 students each with good infrastructure.
