Gems Arts & Science College (NITI Aayog, Government of India, NDLI Club under the National Digital Library of India) is a pioneer institution in the cooperative sector managed by the Global Education and Management Studies (GEMS) Co-operative Ltd. is operated. M.782.  The College is affiliated with Calicut University and recognized by the Kerala Government. It is about 1 km from Ramapuram city on the Kozhikode-Palakkad highway (NH.966). The college is accessible to students from all over the world. Today, the college has 14 undergraduate (UG) and 6 postgraduate (PG) courses. The campus covers 10 hectares surrounded by green hills and rice fields. The peaceful atmosphere and wooded surroundings provide the college with the ideal learning environment.

State-of-the-art digital library covers 4,000 square meters. The Ft Zone will open in a new building by the end of the academic year. This well-organized library has a 60-seat reading room, a 20-seat digital library, a 30-seat reading room, and plenty of space to store books and magazines. The new library holds 5,000 books. And be able to read more than 100 drives simultaneously. 

College has NDLI club registration, British Library membership, and e-book availability to encourage student activity. The college has a book club and a literature club. 

Hostels: 

On the college campus, there is a girls' dormitory with excellent facilities. The women's shelter has a capacity of around 200 inmates. The hostel is equipped with large canteens and modern kitchens. Vigilant guards and a tight security ensure a comfortable stay so students can focus on their studies.

Transportation: 

GEMS Provides transportation from Malappuram, Perinthalmanna, Manjeri, and Kottakkal. Students who need college buses are asked to register with the responsible office with their college card. The registration for the allocation of seats in the buses takes place according to the principle "first come, first served".
