Founded in 2011, by Mr. Ranvijay Kumar Singh, GDPC is recognized for its excellence in academic programs for the undergraduate. We believe in providing the best possible facilities to our students. Our endeavor is to create a congenial atmosphere to nature talent through the support and guidance of experienced faculty with access to state of the alert infrastructure. For over a century, education has remained largely unchanged. The institute provides excellent infrastructural facilities with well-equipped Laboratories, a modern computer center, spacious and well-furnished classrooms, a seminar hall, a library, a workshop, and Auditorium. To nature our assets and create value, we understand that there needs to be a serene and tranquil environment. This understanding led us to choose Bihiya as the location of our campus. Bihiya is located about 100 km south of Bihar’s capital Patna. Bihiya has a sub-tropical climate with cool winters, warm and crisp springs, hot summers, and a strong monsoon which offer the ideal environment to nurture talent and create the visionaries of Bihar in the years to come.

A well-equipped gymnasium is available on the campus. The gymnasium is equipped with 4 stations multi gym and various other equipment like a barbell, dumbbells, weight plates, benches, hyper extension bench, cycle, preacher benches, abdominal bench, leg curl machine, calf machines, and treadmill, etc. small gym facilities are available separately for girls equipped with dumbbells, cycle, treadmill, etc.

GDPC provides scholarship options to students with the caliber & passion to excel but with limited resources. We believe in boosting students with real talents and eagerness to learn.

The campus is a self-sufficient enclave having a spacious and clean canteen that caters to the taste of all students. The canteen is provided with modern furniture and electrical automatic cooking and storing facilities. , which provides hot lunch snacks and beverages both to the students and staff at reasonable rates. It is well maintained with efficient service and a takeaway counter. The college has a canteen inside the campus in which a variety of dishes are available at reasonable rates. The canteen remains open on all working days. Beverages of different flavors are served on different days according to the different seasons.

Admission is based on an entrance exam conducted by the University.
