The GNCEM was established in the year 2009 and is located in the Roorkee campus named Hermes Technical Campus. The campus is sited on the Dehradun – Roorkee Road (NH-58) in Village Kheri Shikohpur near Chhutmalpur at Roorkee in Haridwar, the district of Uttarakhand. The campus is 34 km away from Dehradun. The campus is comprised of five colleges and GNCEM is one of them.
