Candidate should have cleared 10+2 examination held by the Board of Intermediate Education, Andhra Pradesh or any other recognized board with Physics & Mathematics as the subjects of study along with one of the Chemistry/Biology subjects and should have obtained at least 45% marks in the aggregate of the above subjects taken together/ (40% in the case of candidates belonging to reserved categories) and should have got a rank at the Common Entrance Test conducted by AP state authority/AIEEE. Students who have passed Diploma / B.Sc (Mathematics) can apply for admission to 2nd Engineering (B. Tech) Professional Courses in the respective branches as per their stream in diploma through the Lateral Entry Scheme. The candidates having scored the aggregate marks of 50% in the final year/final semester of the Diploma programme alone become eligible for admission to the course.
