Goa College of Pharmacy (GCP) facilitates its students in securing placements with their desired companies, offering comprehensive logistical support for a promising future.  The GCP Placement Cell manages all aspects related to placements directly on the campus. This includes providing training sessions for students, liaising with companies for the recruitment process, and furnishing graduating students with essential assistance. Spearheaded by Dr. Mrs. Rajashree S.  Gude, the dedicated placement cell at GCP Goa is responsible for coordinating pre-placement talks, organizing tests, and facilitating final interviews with recruiters.

The institute has consistently served as a preferred destination for pharmaceutical and health insurance companies. Over the years, companies such as Cipla, Glenmark, Novavax, and many others have actively participated in the recruitment process at GCP, Panaji.
