The Government Polytechnic College of Nizamabad was established in New Delhi in 1959 with the approval of the Indian Council for Technical Education (AICTE) to provide technical education to engineers of the Technical Education Department and began operations in its building.  The National Council for Technical Education and Training, a membership organization, is a subsidiary of the Department of Technical Education under the direction of the Commissioner of Technical Education.  Our goal is to provide with the best technical education to train the best technocrats to meet today's industrial needs, resulting in the country's socio-economic development.
