The Government Residential Women’s Polytechnic, Latur has a dedicated placement cell that is responsible for organizing the campus placement drives. The students are provided with ample soft skill training, communication skills training, and final placements. The college has done a remarkable job in providing jobs to the students. The Training and Placement Cell at our institution is committed to nurturing students' holistic development, equipping them with the requisite attitudes, soft skills, and technical prowess to excel in the competitive industry landscape. GRWP Pre -Placement Activities
1. Preparing students for successful placement opportunities is a paramount objective of the Training & Placement Cell. Recognizing the significance of placements in shaping students' professional trajectories, we undertake a series of proactive measures to facilitate campus recruitment drives and enhance students' employability.
2. To equip students with essential skills and competencies, we organize a variety of soft skills and employability training programs conducted by professional trainers. These programs focus on honing students' life skills, communication abilities, and interview techniques, thereby increasing their chances of securing employment. The training sessions provide invaluable exposure to final-year students, bolstering their confidence and enhancing their employability prospects in the competitive job market.
3. In the academic years 2020-21 and 2022-23, we collaborated with esteemed institutions such as Gokhale Advanced Training Institute (GATI) and AIF DELL Foundation to conduct comprehensive soft skills and employability training programs for our students. These initiatives aimed to equip students with the requisite skills and knowledge to excel in their professional endeavors.
