Admission Procedure

MBA ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

• Minimum 50% marks in Graduation in case of General / Unreserved Category.
• Minimum 45% marks in Graduation in case of SC, ST, and OBC Category.
• All India Entrance Test “Common Management Admission Test” (CMAT).CMAT scores will be considered for students who appeared in CMAT. Students not appeared in the CMAT can also apply based on Qualifying Exams (Graduation Marks).

Necessary Documents:

• Four Recent Color passport size Photographs
• Photocopies of 10th Class, 12th Class, and Graduation Mark Sheets (Two sets)
• Original Migration Certificate (Not applicable to DAVV Graduates)
• Domicile Certificate (Compulsory) for MP Domicile Candidates (Two sets)
• Original Transfer Certificate (Compulsory)
• Aadhar Card Photocopy
• Photocopy of Identity Proof and Address Proof: Driving License, Voter ID card, Passport, Bank Passbook(ANYONE)
• Affidavit for any Gap in continuous education (If required)
• Affidavit for any change in the Name / Surname (If required)
• Photo Copy of Caste Certificate (for Reserve category SC / ST / OBC
• Photo Copy of Income Certificate (for Reserve category SC / ST / OBC
• Printout of CMAT Mark sheet (if Applicable)
• Printout of Allotment Letter
• Printout of Documents Verification Letter
• Samagra ID(Photocopy)

MBA aspirants will be required to participate in Online Off-Campus Counseling

Step 1: Online Registration

Based on the CMAT Score based on the Qualifying Exam (Graduation Marks), Online Registration can be done as per the guidelines of the Director, Technical Education (DTE), Bhopal

Step 2: Document Verification

Documents Verification is to be done at help Centers authorized by DTE, Bhopal. For Session 2020-21, document verification will be done according to new DTE guidelines

Step 3: Choice Filling

MBA aspirants can give as many choices as possible of Institutes and courses in the order of their preferences

Step 4: Choice Locking

MBA aspirants can lock the choices by making online payments for portal charges (Credit Card / Debit Card / Internet Banking or e-wallet (Paytm) or kiosk payment)

Step 5: Allotment and Admission

Based on CMAT Score (DTE will allocate the seats based the merit and satisfied aspirants can take print of allotment letter)

Step 6: Upgradation and Admission

Aspirants (based on CMAT score) not satisfied with allotment and can apply for possible gradation in the upward direction of their choices; DTE will allocate the seats based the merit and satisfied aspirants can take print of allotment letter based on Qualifying Exam (Graduation Marks) (DTE will allocate the seats based the merit and satisfied aspirants can take print out of allotment letter)

Step 7: Additional Round of Counseling

(This is the decided by DTE)

Step 8: College Level Counseling (CLC) (if required)
