The Gujarat University is a public state university located at Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India. The university is an affiliating university at the under-graduate level and a teaching university at the postgraduate level. It is accredited B++ by NAAC.[2] It was established in 1949.
Gujarat Biotechnology University was established on the 23rd of October, 2018 with the aim of providing an international, research-driven, academic institution as well as a source of transformative knowledge that will train and prepare biotech experts for cutting-edge research focused on products to develop and provide an impressive pipeline of new products that will be future generations of the Bharat (India) future. the future.
The university has a close relationship with the World University of Edinburgh. The university follows an UoE developed academic curriculum, academic standards and many more.
Gujarat National Law University (GNLU) is the official university that was established by the Govt. of Gujarat. The University is accredited as a university by the University Grants Commission (UGC) and the Indian Council of Agricultural Research (ICAR) accreditation.
GBU offers two Post-Graduate Courses specifically MSc and PhD Programs. MSc courses are offered to students in five domains which include Plant Biotechnology, Animal Biotechnology, Medical Biotechnology, Industrial Biotechnology, and Environmental Biotechnology.

It is the latest Resource Centre that is enriched with information resources within the fields of Engineering, Science and Technology, Chemical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Safety, Fire Safety, Biotechnology, Management and other related fields. Gujarat Biotechnology University Library is managed by KOHA Open Source Software(widely employed by the top educational institutions) to run its Library Management System and to fulfil its aim of connecting users to the library's information. This GSFC University Library is equipped with Wi-Fi connectivity.
Admission procedure:
The students will be selected by the marks they score through the Exam (70 per cent weightage) along with their individual Assessment (30 per cent weightage).
