Library

Gujarat National Law University Library is famous due to its World legal publications in addition to its infrastructure as well as research and teaching excellence. The library is equally involved in creating GNLU the top law school in the world. The library encourages academic excellence. The goal of the Library is to connect the public to their place in the World of legal literature.

It's spread across four floors with enough seating for 300 patrons at once. The library houses a huge library of over 40,651 books in books including law reports, and 266 print and online newspapers, journals, reference books, and electronic books. The GNLU library is a treasure trove of resources in the area of law and related fields including Management, Sociology, Science and Technology, History, Economics, and English Literature.

Hostel

The Gujarat National Law University infrastructure at the hostel is great the bedrooms equipped with beds, study tables, and an almirah are accessible. The rooms are offered on a double and single-room basis. The hostel is equipped with a Gym facility as well and medical facilities are also accessible. The common room features an LCD TV with a cable connection. The hostel is equipped with all the power you need for 24 hours and water supply, and hot drinking water in winter.

The University has state-of-the-art ICT infrastructure in the Campus. The Computer Local Area Network has more than 230 Computer Systems and 13 Servers and connects all the departments and buildings in the Campus. The Computer Networks of various buildings are interconnected through fiber optic cables. Computer Systems are installed in the Library, classroom, ICT Section, GNLU Centres, Committees Offices, and Administrative Offices. The University has a separate computer center for students to access at the academic block for study and research work. High-end manageable network switches are installed for handling internal data traffic.

ICT Facility

The University has 1 GBPS Internet connectivity of BSNL under the NMEICT project. With the implementation of this mission, the GNLU has become a part of the National Knowledge Network (NKN). The campus is WiFi-enabled. The WiFi Network connectivity is available at the Hostels, Admin/Library block, Mess, Faculty cabins, and in the Guesthouse for Internet and intranet access. The University also has high-quality Video Conferencing Equipment for Video Conferencing. The scanning and printing facility is available on the Campus. All the Classrooms are equipped with a Multimedia Projector, Computer System, and a good audio system.

Other Facilities

GNLU is among the top NLUs across the nation. It has an excellent mooting culture and infrastructure, particularly the library, and a stunning environment. It's not just that Gnlu offers excellent placements. Additionally, the faculty is friendly and helpful. It's an absolute pleasure to learn from them. GNLU is a great place to moot and also has lots of extracurricular activities. There are numerous committees available which one can select according to their interests. There are generally two festivals in the college, one of which is called the Justice League which is our annual sports festival and the other is the Pentagram, our cultural festival. There are many events scheduled all the time, which means it's never dull.
