The Guru Nanak College of Education has trainees who are encouraged to follow the time-tested dictum "A sound body has a sound mind". To achieve this purpose suitable playgrounds a necessary sports materials are made available to the student's teachers under the supervision of a trained physical instructor to participate in games like Volleyball, badminton, cricket, Kho-Kho, etc.
