The institution is now affiliated to Maharaja Chhatrasal Bundelkhand University Chhatarpur since 2022 (previously it was affiliated to Dr. H.S. Gour Vishwavidyalaya now a Central university at Sagar, M.P). The Institution is run by a Society chaired by Shrimati Savita Singh Govind Singh Rajput of Jila Panchayat, Sagar keeps high ideals for the courses in the institute which is Teacher preparation. The institute has high esteem for the goal of quality Education and believes in Quantity education depends upon the Quality of Teachers.

It is with these ideas and belief the institute envi sagar to improve of the quality of teacher education. The institute is functioning in are independent campus spread over 1.62 acres of lord covering a hill vale with a beautiful view. It is having all the requisite infrastructure as per NCTE norms.

The institute has three labs as per N.C.T.E. norms. Necessary supporting infrastructure for computer hardware & software for conducting training in Educational technology is available in the institute and is judiciously used while imparting training. Separate labs for Psychological experiments, work experiences etc. are maintained. Teachers combine lecture method, with discussion & Seminar & Project, class assignments & feedback is provided to students as per need in curriculum transaction.

Library:

Knowledge acquisition management plays a vital role in student's life, keeping this view in mind efforts are being made by the college to provide batter library facilities to its students. The college library has approx 10,000 books related to History of education, Educational philosophy, Educational Sociology, Educational psychology, Research Methodology & Statistics, Environmental education, Population Education, Educational Technology, Educational Planning and Management, Yoga Health Mental Hygiene, Value Education, Classroom Teaching methodology, Microteaching, Lesson Planning, Educational Evaluation and many more. Besides this, there are different journals, magazines, periodicals and newspapers which are made available to the students to upgrade their knowledge and also to prepare themselves for various exams. Decide the pedagogical subject's Certain research and reference books are also made available these contain the Encyclopedia of Educational Research Dictionary of Education, Encyclopedia of Social Science Research, Education Research and statistics, Encyclopedia Britannica, yearbook, Education Taxonomy etc. Open selves system of the library is provided to the students and facilitates them to refer books with reference to the dissertation and project works. Our library is very spacious and well-ventilated, which provides favourable conditions for the student to concentrate on their studies. One of the attractive features of our library is the e-library which helps the students to be in touch with the recent developments in their respective fields and external environment.

Auditorium:

The MH (Madhav Rao Sindhia Hall) witch properly a spacious sitting facility is there with a huge hall used for organizing different cultural events, workshops, seminars and for guest lectures. The hall is fully furnished with the latest technology with audio-visual equipment as there is a capacity to accommodate 300 students.

Labs:

Now- a- day’s technological era is running. In this modern age, technology makes education effective and interesting. This ET lab is equipped with modern technology for making the teaching-learning process effective. The lab is fully equipped with OHP, LCD projector and screen, radio and tape recorders, television DVDs, audio cassettes and transparencies etc.

Sports Facilities:

Different indoor and outdoor sports facilities are made available to the students according to their interest in sports. There are separate rooms for different indoor games like; carom, chess, table tennis, boxing, etc. According to the interest of the student, different outdoor games facilities are available like; playground for cricket, volleyball court badminton court etc. Qualified physical education instructor is on the staff of the institute & regular guidance and coaching is provided in the college. From time to time sports and games competitions are Arranged during the session.

Computer Lab:

Information and Communication Technology Lab (ICT Lab) We provide Computer knowledge through a modern updated computer lab with skilled Computer expertise. Internet facilities are available at the lab.

Cafe/Mess Facility:

“HEALTH IS WEALTH” is the motto followed by the college canteen to provide quality food, at low cost & in a proper hygienic environment. A filtered drinking water facility is also there.

Admission is based on an entrance exam conducted by the University.

Scholarships

The benefit of post-matric scholarship to SC/ST/OBC students studying in Gyanveer Institute of Management and Science is being given continuously from previous years. To take advantage of the scholarship, the students are informed from time to time, the rules related to the scholarship are given to the students and they are made to fill the forms and the process of the forms is completed by the institution and sent to the nodal office for approval. . Nodal completes its process and sends it to Tribal Welfare Department and the scholarship is sanctioned as per the rules.
