Haldia Institute of Management is affiliated to Maulana Abul Kalam Azad University of Technology (formerly known as West Bengal University of Technology) and is located in RandD Building in ICARE Complex. The institute was established in 2004 in response to the growing need for healthcare managers and administrators. The institute has been running successfully for over a decade and has been able to place students in many hospitals in West Bengal and across India. The strength of our academic expertise combined with the management disciplines we cover offer many opportunities for students studying here. Facilities and Infrastructure

Residential Accommodations:

Hostels are provided by ICARE, the parent body of the college. ICARE provides and manages separate hostels for boys and girls. Inns are controlled by innkeepers/keepers. Hostels are located near the college. The guest house has furnished rooms with a bed, mattress, reading table, and chair.

Library:

The importance of the library increases when the academic institute provides higher education, which would require higher knowledge and a higher attitude to achieve wisdom in the field - good library facilities would be considered the source of these parameters in the academic circle. He has a wide range of nationally and internationally published books and journals. The college also provides free internet access and Wi-Fi to students.

Auditorium:

The fully air-conditioned and 500-seat 4,200 sq. ft. central mini-auditorium is ideal for holding a seminar, conference or video conference..

Computer Labs:

The campus has excellent computing facilities for students and faculty. These laboratories are supported by authorized approved systems and application software and high-speed printers. Computers including Internet in Hostel: Wi-Fi is available for both faculty and students across the campus. A Broad WiFi network is available.

20 MBPS per fixed-line. Wi-Fi is available on campus as well as in all student houses and faculty residences. To help students, there are two computer labs in the institute building.

Sports Facilities:

Equipment:- Football, cricket bat, pad and ball and gloves, stage booking, dribbling, volleyball net. The shirt will be given out during the tournament. The annual sport takes place every year. Outdoor and indoor games: football, cricket, volleyball and badminton tournaments, table tennis, chess, and rough tournaments.

Events:- Haldia Law College conducts seminars in national and international classes. The institute also organizes an orientation day on its premises every year.

Cafe/Mess Facility:

The quality and hygiene of our canteen is maintained by ensuring that the environment is always clean. The facility serves all students and teachers by providing simple plant-based or other meals throughout the day. The menu is decided by the college and the food is properly packed and served to the customers.
