Hind Institute of Medical Sciences is a private medical college hospital which is located near Lucknow city in Barabanki district, in Safedabad in Uttar Pradesh, India. It was established in 2005 and the Medical College began its operation in 2009. Hind Institute of Medical Sciences [HIMS] is a medical college in Lucknow located in the Barabanki District. It is affiliated with Dr. R.M.L Avadh University and is recognized by the Ministry of Health & Family Welfare as part of the Government of India. Apart from providing Undergraduate and Post Graduate degrees in Medicine, HIMS is known to provide degrees in Nursing (both BSc and MSc) as well as various specialized diplomas in the paramedical field to certify healthcare professionals. To apply for admission to the Medical Courses, one must write the NEET examination. While applying for a post-graduate degree in medicine, the applicant must have completed an Internship.

Campus Life:

Life on the campus is somewhat good. Have your breakfast, take lectures, and have lunch. After college has some rest and take snacks and then play on the ground after that you can have dinner and about 3-4 hrs self-study at night and have a healthy sleep. That's the routine of any medicos. No social groups or politics and elections are held at the college level.

Central Library:

The Central Library plays an important role in the academic world by providing access to world-class information resources and services and stimulating academic research in the students and staff of the Hind Institute of Medical Sciences. Central Library was founded with the establishment of the Hind Institute of Medical Sciences year 2008. The institute has about 8000 books, 100 national and foreign journals, 500 CDs/DVDs, magazines, and newspapers. Students can easily issue and return books on weekdays.

Auditorium: 

The institute has a well-equipped auditorium with all the modern facilities. It is fully spacious and air-conditioned.

Canteen: 

HIMS Lucknow has a hygienic and spacious canteen. It offers a lot of variety of food.

Hostel: 

The institute offers separate hostel facilities for both boys and girls students. The rooms are well furnished with all the necessary facilities.

Placement 

Placement is good in my college Highest package is 300000 per annum Average package is 150000 per annum About 70% of students get placements in my college After completing my degree I want to join any good company. About 70-80% of students get selected in these comapnies.no unemployment in this category from this college. In MBBS we don't have campus placements After completing 4.5 years of course then after that, we have 1 year training period in which we visit the hospital and see patients we practice what we've learned in these 4.5 years.

With high esteem to the wishes of its founders, HIMS is providing free medical care to the weaker sections of the society with out compromising in the quality of medical care. 20% out of 800 general beds in the general ward are allotted for free treatment.
