Institute of Hotel Management has a large and well-maintained campus and offers a tranquil learning environment. The buildings are modern and equipped with the latest technology from the Institute of Hotel Management, which facilitates teaching and teacher development. The classrooms, units, and laboratories of the Institute of Hotel Management are spacious, comfortable, and designed to ensure the highest quality of education. The library is excellent too, with a huge range of books, online resources, and knowledgeable librarians.

Library: 

The Institute Of Hotel Management Catering Technology And Applied Nutrition (IHM), Guwahati library accommodates a total of 100 students in approximately 3,500 square feet. The total stock of books and journals is around 7000. The library is available to students and employees. A student can borrow books with a library card and keep the book for 72 hours. 

Hostels: 

The IHM  has separate reception buildings, two for boys and one for girls. All hostels have a structure of three single rooms. Three shared rooms are allocated to students in the first and second years of study. Single rooms are allocated to third-year students based on merit. All hostel rooms are spacious, airy, well-lit, and equipped with all the comforts expected from a hostel. 

Auditorium: 

Institute Of Hotel Management Catering Technology And Applied Nutrition (IHM), Guwahati Auditorium is fully air-conditioned and has a capacity of 150 students. The auditorium is also equipped with the latest audiovisual equipment. IHM Guwahati is proud of its auditorium. 

Conference Room: 

A well-equipped conference room with audiovisual equipment is often used for group discussions, seminars, meetings, etc. 

Medical room: 

The institute has a medical practice on the first floor of the university building. An experienced specialist comes to the medical room twice a week. These medical facilities are used by day grantees and dormitory students. In emergencies, the university doctor is also available to patients. The doctor's room is equipped with a hospital bed, a first aid kit, and medicines to help you in an emergency.
