IIM Sirmaur aspires to establish a fully residential and technologically equipped campus with robust Wi-Fi connectivity. The hostels are meticulously designed to accommodate male and female students separately, with plans for 14 G+three-story buildings for over six hundred students and a separate G+three-story structure for sixteen married students. 

To cater to student expectations, the hostels feature common areas, tea/coffee junctions, guest lounges, reception lobbies, warden offices, parking spaces, indoor games rooms, outdoor sports facilities, restrooms, and semi-enclosed lawns in the form of piazzas. 

The entire campus is designed to ensure accessibility for differently-abled individuals, incorporating ramps and lifts in all building plans for seamless movement between floors.  Each floor of every building is planned with washrooms equipped with necessary accessories. The campus features 1.5-meter-wide walkways throughout, with multiple rest areas and benches.

Classroom Facilities:

IIM Sirmaur offers excellent sports facilities, including soccer fields, volleyball and badminton courts, cricket pitches, a pool table, snooker table, carom, chess, and table tennis.  High Masts installed in the field enable evening access to sports facilities. The campus also features an on-campus gym for fitness enthusiasts, with sports affairs overseen by a Sports Secretary elected by the students.

Canteen Facilities:

A student-run mess within the hostel compound provides both vegetarian and non-vegetarian cuisines, offering a diverse blend of Indian tastes. The Mess Secretary, elected by students, ensures the smooth functioning of the mess, maintaining food quality and hygiene. The mess area also serves as a common room for students, with a TV for recreational purposes.
