Indian Institute Of Management, Sirmaur Placements maintained an outstanding record by achieving a 100% placement rate for its students in the latest placement drive. Out of 238 students enrolled in the MBA program, 224 students secured a total of 243 placement offers during the Indian Institute of Management Sirmaur placements in 2023.  Additionally, 45 students from the MBA in Tourism and Hospitality Management program were successfully placed during the same drive.

In the 2023 placements, the highest package offered by IIM Sirmaur was INR 64.12 LPA for the MBA batch and INR 34 LPA for the MBA in Tourism and Hospitality Management. Renowned companies such as Deloitte, Ernst and Young, Infosys, Accenture, Zomato, Tech Mahindra, PWC, DE Shaw and Co., Club Mahindra, Big Basket, Thomas Cook, among others, emerged as the top recruiters for IIM Sirmaur.

The summer internship program for the batch of 2022-24 at IIM Sirmaur concluded with a remarkable 100% internship secured. More than 120 recruiters, including over 30 new recruiters, participated and offered the highest stipend of INR 2.00 Lakhs, showcasing the institute's commitment to providing valuable industry exposure to its students.
