Training & Placement at Indian Institute Of Science Education And Research (IISER Pune)

The Career Development Centre (CDC) is the cell that assists Indian Institute Of Science Education And Research Pune students in their career planning, job search strategies, locating opportunities, internships, career exploration and related opportunities. IISER Pune placements are carried out by the Career Development Centre of the institute. The CDC aims for the overall development of the students and to shape their careers. The main objectives of the Career Development Centre are: to provide full-time job and internship on-campus opportunities to students who are seeking job opportunities and to guide students to prepare them for the world of work.

IISER Pune Placement Process

Step 1- The Career Development Centre sends invitations to companies for IISER Pune placements.

Step 2- Interested companies can directly contact the CDC through an email to [email protected]

Step 3- Interested recruiting companies must fill out the JNF- Job Notification Form.

Step 4- Students must register themselves with CDC for IISER Pune placements.

Step 5- Companies taking pre-placement talks on the IISER Pune campus.

Step 6- Screening of the applicants based on their applications and resumes and list of shortlisted students being shared by the companies to the institute.

Step 7- Acceptance of offer letters by the students.
