Bachelor in Hotel Management (BHM)

BHM or Bachelor in Hotel Management course is a 4-year undergraduate degree in hospitality management and consists of 8 semesters which includes 20 weeks of Industrial Training in this curriculum. Master In Hotel Management (MHM)

MHM or Master in Hotel Management course is a 2-year postgraduate degree in hospitality management and comprises 4 semesters which includes 16 weeks of Industrial Training in this curriculum. MHM course curriculum comprises subjects related to Food and Beverage Services, Food Production Operations, Housekeeping Operations, Front Office Operations, Human Resources, Computer, Hospitality Marketing, Event Management, Management Papers, Accounting, Computer & MIS, Tour and travel Business, Business Communication, and alike. MHM admissions are merit-based as per the norms of the Utkal University of Culture. You can apply to this college through both online and offline modes. The subjects covered are based on specialization subjects like Cookery and Larder, Bakery and Patisserie, Food and Beverage Service, Restaurant Operation, Housekeeping Operation, and Front Office Operation along with compulsory subjects of English, Fundamentals of Computer, and Hospitality Operation. Students are tested through internal assessment tests and term-end examinations.
