IIF, Greater Noida Placement Cell

The placement and career development division of IIF Greater Noida oversees the placement programme. Its job is to plan IIF Greater Noida placement drives. At least two to four offers are issued to students each placement season, with the average package ranging from Rs. 4 lakh to Rs. 15 lakh per year. 

The recruiters at IIF Greater Noida have two options for holding recruitment drives: they can hold them off-campus at their site or on campus in the interview rooms within the institution. The recruiter may choose to conduct the interview/selection process in an open format, allowing all students to participate, or in a closed format, allowing only a limited number of pre-selected candidates to participate.
