The key endeavor of the Placement Cell at PHFI-IIPHs is to facilitate the employability of the students enrolled in the PHFI’s on-campus academic programs. The placement cell supports the placement process by identifying relevant career opportunities for those who are seeking placement assistance. The cell provides timely updates to the students about available opportunities in other organizations of relevance. Every year the cell organizes professional development workshops for the students which include sessions on resume writing, cover letter writing, interview skills, email etiquette, group discussion, etc. The highest package was recorded at INR 12 LPA. The potential employers of IIPH Bhubaneswar are Apollo Foundation, HCL, Action Hunger, ISB, Columbia University, PSI, Care, AIMS, RGMVP, Antara Foundation and many more.
In the need for credible technical information about COVID-19, the Training Division at the Public Health Foundation of India conducts a series of e-workshops “Know COVID- NO COVID” to provide credible information on the pandemic- COVID-19 to various target audiences. The network of more than 28,500 Primary Care Physicians enrolled under different PHFI training courses were offered technical guidance through webinars along with healthcare professionals from other national-level organizations and state governments.
