• Indian Institute of Technology Delhi is set up in 1961 as the College of Engineering. The campus spread over an area of 325 acres. These alumni nowadays work as scientists, technologists, commercial enterprise managers, and entrepreneurs.   IIT Delhi Facilities and Infrastructure

  IIT Delhi Campus is spread over an area of 325 acres and hosts numerous office, laboratory, hostel, and residential buildings with their supporting infrastructure. The campus has well-qualified faculty members. they have provided Wi-Fi internet services, The Autonomous University has six distinct schools, along with Bharti School of Telecommunication Technology & Management, Amar Nath & Shashi Khosla School of Information Technology, Kusuma School of Biological Sciences, School of Artificial Intelligence, School of Public Policy and School of Interdisciplinary Research.

  The campus has a well maintain and air conditioner library. They have well stock book subscribed to 690 current journals and a rich collection of books on Science and Technology 1.94 lakh books, 1.03 bound volumes of journals, more than 26,000 standards, more than 2,200 microfilms are 2,261+. The campus has also incorporated video cassettes, CDs, and online electronic journals.

  Auditorium:

  The campus has a big seminar hall well furnished, clean and air conditioner. They have equipped with LCD Projector and Audio System. The Seminar Hall organized seminars and organized lectures for the students.

  Sports Facilities:

  The campus has provided sports facilities like volleyball and basketball courts, athletic tracks, a swimming pool, weightlifting and taekwondo auditoriums, badminton, tennis for students.

  Cafe/Mess Facility:

  The campus has a cafeteria. There are many shops, such as Amul, Lipton, Nescafe, and Cafe Coffee Day in the campus area.

  Admission through various entrance exams like

  IIT Delhi cut-off 2021 is the minimum rank required by the candidates in JEE Advanced to be eligible for admission to the Autonomous University. Qualified JEE Advanced candidates who registered for JoSAA Counseling 2021 were allocated places based on their course and college preferences. General Category Cuts with guidance from JoSAA from Round 1 to Round 6 Final Ranks 2021 for gender-neutral and female applicants seeking admission into B.Tech and B.Tech M.Tech at IIT Delhi. 

  Scholarships

  The Indian Institute of Technology Delhi offer Scholarships for UG and PG level which is based on the financial situation of the students or their academic performances, Institute Merit-cum-Means Scholarships - Offered Rs 1,000 per month and tuition fee exemption, Open for 25% of students admitted under UG level in Engineering & Technology stream, Parental income must not exceed INR 50 lakh, Institute Merit Prizes, and Certificates - Offered one-time award of INR 2,500, Given to top 7% of students of each four-year B. Tech and five-year dual degree.

  Institute Free Studentship (UG)- Open for 10% of students admitted, Given based on income alone. SC/ST/PwD Student Scholarship Tuition Waiver Offered and More benefits, given to SC/ST/PwD students regardless of parent/guardian income. Donor scholarships are offered through grants received from various individuals, trusts, and organizations. 

  PG Programmes Scholarship for Masters students offered INR 1,000 per month and tuition fee waiver, Open for 25% of students admitted to M.Sc. program, Parental income must not exceed INR 4.5 lakh. Scholarship for M.Tech, MS (Research), and M.Des students - Fellowships and scholarships instituted by industries and individuals are offered. Scholarship for Ph.D. Students Offered to admitted full-time students, Teaching/Research Assistantship offered, provided they do not receive any other equivalent scholarship.

  IIT Delhi Placements 2022, more than 350 recruiters visited the campus. Major recruiters included Microsoft, Intel, Goldman Sachs & many more. This year, a significant number of international offers were made. No. of Offers 1300, No. of Recruiters 300+ The highest package was around 44 Lacs per annum whereas the lowest package was 6 Lacs.
