Prospective candidates are encouraged to submit their applications by the first week of April or the specified date set by the University.
The Indian Veterinary Research Institute (IVRI) in Izatnagar offers undergraduate and postgraduate courses, namely BVSc and AH for undergraduates and MVSc for postgraduates. Undergraduate admissions are determined through an entrance test administered by the Veterinary Council of India. As for MVSc admissions, candidates must participate in a competitive examination conducted by the Education Division of the Indian Council of Agricultural Research, New Delhi. Following the merit ranking in the entrance exam, ICAR conducts counseling to finalize students for the Post-Graduate degree program (MVSc) at IVRI, covering 22 different disciplines.
