Indraprastha College For Women provides well-maintained hostels serving as temporary dwellings for students during the semester. These hostels, varying in amenities, offer conveniences such as kitchen facilities, an assistant warden, and attendants. CCTV surveillance and oversight by a Chief Warden ensure a secure environment. Additionally, round-the-clock medical facilities are available on the Indraprastha College for Women campus.

The accommodations are modern and comfortable, featuring individual box beds with mattresses. Some rooms are equipped with shared TV rooms, study tables, and chairs resembling apartment-style living. Most hostels provide Wi-Fi, while bathrooms are adequately furnished. A separate computer center offers 24x7 internet access.

The College boasts two hostels accommodating 450 students: the 170-seater Indraprastha College Girls Hostel and the Kalavati Gupta Hostel (KG) with 280 seats. The IP Hostel also offers AC room options.

Library Facilities: Indraprastha College For Women houses a spacious library that fosters an intellectually stimulating environment for students, faculty, and staff. It offers facilities for Persons With Disabilities (PWD) and employs high-tech CCTV and Electronic Article Surveillance to prevent theft. Specialized software and Braille learning materials are available at the College Enabling Unit.

An ICT center within the library comprises 47 computers, catering to academic and leisure needs. The library holds institutional memberships with DELNET and UGC's N-LIST program, providing access to e-resources via the Delhi University Library System and the UGC N-LIST program. 

An online Library web-OPAC system ensures access to students and faculty across the campus. The library includes a reading hall accommodating up to 320 individuals.

Auditorium Facilities: The centrally air-conditioned auditorium provides comfort and sophistication, equipped with automated audio-visual systems and a balcony. Additionally, the university offers state-of-the-art conference and seminar rooms with modern amenities and LCD TVs. The auditorium seats 584+ people.

Labs Facilities: Modern laboratories with cutting-edge equipment and LCD projection facilities are available across the campus, totaling 25 laboratories.

Medical Facilities: Indraprastha College For Women offers medical support with a nurse and counselor available regularly, along with access to nearby hospitals for emergencies.

Sports Facilities: The College actively organizes various sports activities, including the Annual Sports Festival, Inter-College Cross-Country Run, Athletic Meet for PwD students, and the Indraprastha Invitational Badminton & Tennis Tournament involving students from different Delhi University colleges. 

Teams compete in Athletics, Archery, Badminton, Basketball, Baseball, Netball, Softball, Chess, Air Rifle Shooting, Air Pistol Shooting, Boxing, Swimming, Volleyball, Wrestling, Taekwondo, Judo, Tennis, and Yoga at state, national, and international events, bringing accolades to the College. 

With a fully equipped gym, squash, and tennis courts, badminton and basketball courts, a climbing wall, a jogging track, and inclusive facilities for PwD students, the College caters to holistic sports and fitness needs. 

Cafe/Mess Facility: Indraprastha College For Women cafeteria offers a variety of reasonably priced food items, serving as a convenient dining option for students and faculty, providing a space to refuel and enjoy delicious meals during study breaks.
