IASE Application Process 2026

The Institute of Advanced Studies in Education (IASE) has an uncomplicated application process; students could simply apply for the online or paper form available at the university, or if the application materials can be accessed on the website. The only requirement for admission is the marks and the overall grades in high school. In other words, the B.Ed program selects the candidates based on the Rajasthan PTET exam as the source of the score, while the REAP or JEE Main tests are required by the B.Tech. The M.Ed. course is dependent on the PMET exam. As one of the requirements, the applicants need to bring such papers as academic documents, an identity card, and photos. If admitted on probation, the confirmation will be made once the papers are verified. The first dates for submitting the enrollment application are the beginning of May, and for exams, June. IASE Cutoff

The Institute of Advanced Studies in Education (IASE) selects B.Ed program aspirants from scores of a state examination. Only students who have secured a minimum of 40% in the Pre-Teacher Education Test (PTET) are eligible. Still, the  IASE cutoff score is not sufficient for admission. Every year, the actual cutoff point is different due to several factors. To cite an example, in 2024, a female student from the Other Backward Classes (OBC) category needed about 319 marks to do the B.Ed at IASE. Regarding the M.Ed program, you have to take the Pre-Master of Education Test (PMET). This is a test done by the Government of Rajasthan. At IASE, the marks cut for admission are usually not made public in any way. Nonetheless, mainly through a PMET, you are open to being enrolled in the M.Ed. program.
