The Institute of Leadership, Entrepreneurship, and Development (ILEAD) Kolkata is one of the most well-known colleges for media, management, design, technical and professional studies in the country. Scholarship
The Institute of Leadership, Entrepreneurship, and Development offers several scholarships that can be availed by candidates who meet the corresponding eligibility criteria. The scholarships offered are as mentioned below:
Merit-Based Scholarship: The College offers this scholarship separately for UG and PG students.
BSc, BBA, and BMS Course: Candidates who score a minimum of 80% marks in academics and maintain 85% attendance throughout the course and attend 90% of academic and non-academic seminars are considered eligible for the scholarship
80% or above Scholarship of INR 25000
90% or above Scholarship of INR 30000
95% or above Scholarship of INR 50000
M.Sc Course: Candidates who have scored a minimum of 70% marks in the entire tenure of the program and have maintained a minimum of 85% attendance are awarded the scholarship of INR 25000.
UDAAN Scholarship: ILEAD has introduced this scholarship as an initiative of the Terapanth Professional Forum (TPF) and provides 100% scholarship to the meritorious students of UG, and PG courses with a financially weak background.
G.P. Birla Scholarship: The native students of West Bengal who have passed 10+2 with a minimum of 80% marks from the State Board of Examination or 85% from any Central Board or have secured rank in the top 15000 in JEE Main/AIPMT and belongs to the economically challenged background are eligible to get the benefit of G.P. Birla Scholarship.
Faculty
The Institute of Leadership, Entrepreneurship, and Development has a strong and committed faculty of 25 members, out of which 5 hold Ph. Ds in their respective disciplines. The faculty members are highly accomplished and have considerable experience and expertise in their fields. The ILEAD faculty consists of the Dean, professors, associate professors, and assistant professors.

The Institute of Leadership, Entrepreneurship, and Development has a dedicated training and placement cell that constantly works to get students placed at esteemed organizations and reputed companies in India and abroad. The students receive placement offers for profiles belonging to media (radio, TV, print, production), banking and finance, pharmaceuticals, manufacturing, real estate, IT and ITeS, Education, Advertisement and Public Relations, Branding, and PR.
