Institute for Professional Studies and Research (IPSAR) - founded in 1988 by Dr. RN Misra - a visionary educator from Orissa in the field of management and accounting. IPSAR has three locations in the heart of Cuttack - CDA with over 125,000 square feet of built area.IPSAR, a leading B school in East India in Sliver City Cuttack, was accredited by AICTE in September 1993.

Infrastructure and Facilities:

Institute of Professional Studies And Research has a large and well-maintained campus and offers a tranquil learning environment. Library: 

The most remarkable and important element of our institute is the library. The library is managed by a qualified and experienced librarian. A well-stocked computer library with barcode support and a reading room adjacent to the library creates the perfect atmosphere for students. PG courses have a library on campus I while the UG campus has a library on campus III with independent and separate Satichoura.

Computer room: 

The PG complex has 60 computers running Linux in its computer lab, while the UG complex has 40 computers running Linux. The labs are well equipped with software such as Unix, C, etc. provide training for students enrolled in MCA and BCA courses.

WiFi: 

The campus has a WI-FI connection over 4 MBPS delivery via VODAFONE. The campus also has internet access provided by BSNL.

Cafeteria:

Campus I and II have excellent sit-down cafeterias and food counters. Prepared snacks and drinks are available for students from 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. The air-conditioned atmosphere is a major draw for students. Clients are looked after by professionals trained in hotel services. 

Canteen: 

IPSAR had an exceptionally good organization of meal preparation for resident students from the start. Meals are prepared under hygienic conditions and served to protect residents. Eating out is cheap and convenient. Food is also available for faculty and visitors. 

Hostel: 

IPSAR has an extensive hostel system for residents. The manor house is on campus III and the women's house is on campus I. The men's home has 100 beds and the women's home has 40 beds. Lady's hostel has attached toilets while gents’ hostel has toilets at one end of the long corridor. The toilets are maintained in hygienic conditions. Both the hostels have caretakers who look after the well-being of the boarders’. A vehicle round the clock is available to attend medical needs of boarders’. CCTV cameras are placed in the corridors and the outskirts to monitor the movements. 

Multi Gym: 

The youth hostel has a MUTIGYM attached to the floor. A professional trainer is available from 7 am to 9 am and from 5 pm to 7 pm.

Transportation: 

Institute has its own transportation system consisting of 3 buses and 3 minivans to comfortably and safely transport students to and from the university.
