Residential Accommodations:

The construction of the Senior Boys' Hostel popularly known as the Research Scholars' Hostel or RS Hostel became finished in 1989. Apart from the studies fellows, M.Tech. college students additionally live in this hostel. One phase of the hostel is reserved for the worldwide college students of the International Statistical Education Centre (ISEC).

Library: 

The Central Library of ISI is placed in Kolkata with a community extending to different places of the Institute. Over the years, the library has attained the difference of being one of the richest libraries in the country, mainly withinside the discipline of Statistics and associated disciplines.

The Central Library at Kolkata has over 2,00,000 volumes of books and journals except for many reliable reports, reprints, maps, microfilms, and microfiches. It gets approximately 1000 medical and technical journals annually. The Library has received databases on CD-ROM and similarly, computerization of the library centers is in progress.
