About JASPAL RANA (President), PADAMSHREE: Born on 28th June 1975 in Uttarkashi, Jaspal Rana was born in a simple family of farmers, his father Narayan Singh served in ITBP, mother Shyama was a housewife, Educated in Mussoorie and Delhi, Jaspal came to limelight with an equaled Junior World record performance in Standard Pistol event in Shooting World Cup at Milan in 1994.

He was awarded the Arjuna award at the early age of nineteen in 1998, 2002 was the year when he was given PadamShree for Record-breaking performances in Asian Games, Common Wealth Games, and other competitions.

After a gap of twelve years and hundreds of Gold medals, Jaspal again equaled another World Record in his favorite Centre Fire event in the 2006 Asian Games at Doha winning three Gold medals and one Silver in the process, Jaspal was nominated as the best Athlete of Doha Asian Games.

Presently he is engaged in producing world-class shooters in his shooting academy at Dehradun, a place where the present college is being set up.

Our Campus

The college has well-laid-out and maintained play fields for various sports and athletic events including a full-fledged shooting range. Hostel facilities are provided for boys and girls. Quarters are provided for members of staff. The college also supports a health center that provides treatment for ordinary ailments and injuries. Other facilities provided include Computer Lab, Gymnasium, Fitness center, etc.

The college is located within 20 acres of self-contained campus at Mazhon amid Sal forest and river Nemi providing a serene and congenial atmosphere best suited to an educational institution. It is equipped with all the modern infrastructural facilities for sports and recreation, Library, canteen, etc. and is approachable by road 16 km from the city center. The main block consists of the office of the principal, the administrative office, the Staff Room, Class Room, the Psychology Lab, the Science Lab, and the Computer Lab.

The college has modernly equipped its labs according to the programmers, such as Psychology Laboratories, Science Laboratories, Anatomy & Physiology Laboratories & Education Technology, and MediaLaboratoriesy.
