Jaya Engineering College Placement Process
The placement process at Jaya Group of Institutions is meticulously structured to ensure a seamless experience for both students and recruiters. It begins with the placement department reaching out to potential employers by sending them detailed placement invitation letters, encapsulating the various courses and opportunities available at our institution. Companies are then invited to visit the campus for a Pre-Placement Talk, which can either precede the selection process or be integrated into the final recruitment drive.
Once the placement office receives the company's information file, it promptly announces the company's requirements, inviting interested students to submit their resumes or meet specific marks criteria. These resumes and eligibility data files are then shared with the respective companies for shortlisting. Upon shortlisting candidates, the companies provide the placement office with a list of selected candidates, following which a mutually convenient date is finalized for the campus recruitment drive.
Post the selection process, companies are expected to share the final list of selected students with the placement office, preferably on the same day. Subsequently, companies dispatch offer letters to the placement office, which are then handed over to the students. The placement office also facilitates the process of students accepting these offers, ensuring smooth communication between students and employers.

Jaya Group of Institutions places a strong emphasis on equipping its students with the skills and knowledge required to excel in their chosen careers. Under the guidance of Prof. Dr. L. Subburaj M.B.A., M.Com., M.Phil., Ph.D., the Department of Training and Placement actively engages with reputed organizations across the country to facilitate campus interviews for final-year students. The department also organizes industrial visits to renowned companies, providing students with insights into real-world industrial practices.
Moreover, the department places a significant focus on enhancing students' soft skills through regular training programs. These programs aim to bolster students' employability by refining their communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. In addition to technical training, the department offers counseling to final-year students regarding higher education opportunities and securing projects from industries.
