Residential Accommodations:

Library:
Our library enhances the college's academic environment and campus life, enriching the overall learning experience. Established in 1997 with just 700 books, the library has grown significantly over the years. Initially housed in a classroom, it moved to a lecture hall in 1999 and later to its current location, the Central Library, in 2000, named in honor of the founder Chairman. The library offers a plethora of extra-curricular programs, facilities, and activities, providing opportunities for social, cultural, intellectual, and recreational growth.
Computing Centres:
JEC's computing network is among the finest, continuously upgraded to provide cutting-edge facilities to students and staff. The institute's infrastructure boasts 9 servers and 973 nodes, supporting a highly distributed computing environment. Managed by the Centre for Technical Support (CTS), the computing facilities include website and mail server administration. Internet connectivity across the campus is powered by Content Delivery Network (CDN) technology, and all faculty and students are provided with college email IDs.
Engineering Practice Laboratory:
This lab is designed to offer hands-on experience and understanding of various engineering concepts. It educates students on the methodology of completing simple tasks and imparts essential skills related to workmanship and supervision across all engineering disciplines.
Sports Club:

Jaya Engineering College Admission
Admissions at JEC are based on the merit rankings from entrance examinations. For BE/BTech courses, selection is determined by the merit of the qualifying exam and TNEA counseling. MBA and MCA admissions rely on TANCET scores, with preference given to applicants with higher ranks. Admission to M.Tech. programs are based on GATE or TANCET scores.
