The Training and Placement Cell at JCE is committed to achieving excellence, evidenced by an impressive 90% placement rate. The cell organizes a range of activities designed to equip students with the skills and confidence to secure positions with their desired companies. These activities include career guidance sessions, group discussions, puzzle-solving exercises, mock interviews, aptitude and reasoning tests, as well as communication skills assessments and brainstorming sessions. Additionally, we regularly host industry professionals who share insights and strategies to guide students toward successful placements and promising career paths.
