The rooms are not only spacious, well-lit and well-ventilated but they are also adequately furnished with premium-quality furniture. You will be provided with chairs, desks and beds in your room. The food served at our hostels is of the highest quality and prepared by cooks trained to cook quality, tasty and healthy meals for the students. The cooks are trained well to prepare different kinds of cuisines like North-Eastern and Nepali meals and Bhutanese meals. You can enjoy special lunch and dinner menus every month. Water is available at the hostel 24x7as is a laundry facility for the convenience of the hostel residents.

For recreation, there is a separate Recreation Hall fitted with a large TV where you can spend quality time viewing interesting TV programs and sports. Both indoor and outdoor games are encouraged at the hostel. JMC campus is about 20 kms from Ara Railway Station & approx 10 kms from Bihiya Station. The campus is located on National Highway 84. The bus service connects all parts of Ara, Bihiya and the surrounding areas.

Classrooms:

All possible care has been taken while designing our classrooms so that our students get effective learning from our teachers and facilitate participative learning. Our classrooms are well-ventilated, spacious, and equipped with LCD projectors along with an audio system with proper arrangements of Laptop and power supply and backup facility.

Library:

JMC library operates from morning 09.00 AM to 4:00 PM in the evening, which is further extended whenever required. Students are provided with a copy of Business Newspaper in library to encourage reading habits and keep them abreast with current happenings. JMC has its own Digital Library Setup along with being a registered member of National Digital Library of India (NDLI)

Computer Lab:

JMC’s Computer Lab setup is focusing on content creation, eLearning, Computer Graphics, Digital Video, Audio production and Open Source Application Development. The Lab provides a one-stop shop for faculty to make more effective use of technology and to bring teaching to life with digital technology.

Artificial Intelligence Lab:

Centre of Excellence for Artificial Intelligence business research, teaching, theory, and Practice enables students to navigate the Artificial Intelligence (AI) landscape. The Lab assists students, start-ups and industries across the globe with navigating and learning the complex field of application of Analytics and Artificial Intelligence in Management. The lab is equipped with state-of-the-art Hardware and Software, as well as Cloud Infrastructures for projects and insights to help businesses make better and faster decisions.

Cafe/Mess Facility:

There is a college canteen which serves light refreshments and lunch to students and staff. During special occasions, the canteen will arrange a special menu as per request. The guests coming to the college are treated to special food prepared at our canteen.

The objective of the Canteen and meal service is to protect by reducing the risk of foodborne illness, with proper sanitary conditions, and preventing adulterated food. The College Canteen has been functioning efficiently. The canteen is located inside the College. The hostellers and day scholars are provided meals to assuring food safety and quality. The students, who come from faraway places, start their journey to the College early in the morning. The mid-day meal is provided. Even many day scholars use canteen facilities for their breakfast and evening tea with snacks. They are provided with three meals a day, bed coffee and evening tea/coffee.

The Management of the Canteen is directly under the control of the College Administration. The Contractor of the Canteen is selected according to the available and suitable quotations. A well-experienced person in food services management, his team is managing. Students and staff of the College are benefited by the College canteen.
