J.K.K.Munirajah College of Technology was founded in 2008. Led by Annai J.K.K.Sampoorani Ammal Charitable Trust, primarily with the aim of providing world-class quality education and training in a structured and systematic manner J.K.K.The Munirajah Group of Institutions was founded by Dr. JKK Munirajah M.Tech (Bolton)., D.Litt., who is a renowned industrialist, technocrat, pedagogue par excellence, a passionate social worker, a person imbued with deep spiritual values ??, and a philanthropist.

Residential Accommodation
Distinct inns for boys and girls are available on the university campus with high security. Boys and Girls have two hostels with Wi-Fi facilities for UG and PG, which can accommodate around 450 students each with good infrastructure. A college van and car are always available to meet guests' emergency needs. A well-equipped gym is established so that the students of the inn develop the physical ability of boys and girls. They also have indoor play facilities. Each inn is under the care of a Dy. Warden, assisted by 2 Warden assistants. A hygienic mess is attached to both hostels. The rooms are spacious and airy. Library
The Central Library of JKKMCT is functioning in the main building on the 2nd Floor floors with a built-up area of 1300 Sq.m. and it has a capacity to seat 100 students. In addition to the central library, there are departmental libraries in each department with domain-specific books, which make use of books from the Central library for quick learning. The Central Library holds, Volumes: 24707, Titles: 4657, It has covering all the disciplines of Engineering and Technology, Science & Humanities, Computer Application & Management studies. The library is providing Online access OPAC to students to find the Books to large numbers access the library
Canteen
It is immaculate and very well maintained. Provides good quality fresh snacks, cold drinks, coffee, tea, and other food items in a hygienic and healthy way that fits in the student's pocket.
Sport
Physical education is strongly aimed at improving the physical and mental health of the individual player. This results in the development of dynamic personalities. Sports activities and achievements have helped many people get better job opportunities. The clean area with the natural gift of fresh air is an inspiring resource, which motivates the player to perform better. Sports carry the same weight as academics. All sports activities are encouraged by providing all facilities when students participate in intercollegiate, Intra college, and other tournaments. The victorious university teams have won all major sporting events in Tamil Nadu including the Anna University Interzonal Sports Championship.
JKKMCT maintains close ties with many companies and organizations in the public and private sectors. Students can develop new skills and knowledge about working together with employers in business and industry. During the four years of the course, all students will follow internal training and internships in their respective sectors. This will provide students with insight into the professional and industrial world and allow them to upgrade their technical and soft skills.
