The candidates must have passed 10+2 in the relevant stream from a recognized board.
They must have a minimum aggregate of 55% to be eligible for the program.
A person, who has passed Higher Secondary/Intermediate (10+2) or any other examination recognized as equivalent thereto, shall be eligible for the course.

BCA applicants are required to achieve a 10+2 score in each specialization (Arts, Commerce, Science) by a recognized body with an overall grade of 50.
Applicants must have English and Maths as compulsory subjects in 12th grade.
The minimum age for this course is 18 in some colleges in India. There is no upper age limit for admission to the BCA.
