KV Charitable Trust came into existence in the year 2000 with an aim to provide the best education to students. The first initiative was the setup of KV Matriculation School (located at 546 Sathy Main Road, Kurumbapalayam, Coimbatore Tamil Nadu) with the objective of providing quality and affordable education for the people of the Coimbatore district. The KV Charitable Trust approved the opening of the KV Institute of Management and Information Studies (KVIM as a Standalone B School) during the year 2008. OUR VALUES: To inculcate values of integrity, accountability, and fairness so that students are trained to promote and maintain high ethical standards in management.

It contains the core and ancillary books related to business administration. A limited number of books of general interest are also available. The total numbers of books available at present are 4,000. New books are purchased every year. In addition over 800 e-journals are subscribed to the library.

Working Hours

1. The library is kept open between 10.00 a.m. and 5.00 p.m. on all weekdays i.e. from Monday to Friday.

2. Book transactions will be available during working hours.

A fully air-conditioned computer lab with Internet connectivity.

Medical Facilities:

A part-time medical doctor attends the sick students in need. A vehicle is available on campus in case of emergencies.

Postal Facilities:

Daily pickup of posts occurs at 3 pm. Students may seek office help for Outward and stamp requirement.

Bank Facilities:

KV-IM provides a cheque pickup and drops facility to Karur Vysya Bank. All students are set up with a bank account upon admission.

Canteen:

The canteen is functioning in the college which enliven the students, both day scholars and inmates, and the staff members through refreshments. The student-managed store sells stationery items pertaining to the needs of students.
