The rapid growth of the institute in just four decades enabled it to emerge as a multidisciplinary institution with skills in business, arts, science, law and education at the undergraduate level and by the end of the decade the institution had a permanent position. - graduate studies. in 8 departments representing the faculties mentioned above. When a full-fledged Faculty of Engineering and Technology was established in  1976, the trust took the necessary initiatives  as a result of persistent efforts. It was established in 1980 as a fully funded institution by the Government of Uttar Pradesh and is now run by a separate board committee. As a result of this development, the original name  Kamla Nehru Institute of Science and Technology was also renamed as Kamla Nehru Institute of Physical and Social Sciences. Two more institutions, Kamla Nehru Krishi Vigyan Kendra in 1976 and Kamla Nehru Institute of Child Education in 1984, were established under the same continuity.

Thousands of books related to science and humanities, engineering and technology and management, national and international journals, a large number of journals are the major highlights of the library. The library (4940 square meters) is fully automated and equipped with high speed internet connection (8 Mbps) with many terminals to help faculty and students access information online. 

The library is modern, computerized and well equipped with current books and periodicals, administrative videos, CDs and other educational materials. Students can also use this space for quiet self-study. In addition, KNIPSS students have access to an extensive electronic library that provides access to leading design and finance magazines. 

Computer center 

In 2001, the Computer Center was created as a central space for students and teachers. A computer running several programs such as diplomas/certificates for our  students and teachers. It is also very useful for researchers and professors to collect information about their subjects.  The computer center provides high-quality service to the community in the fields of information technology, learning, teaching, training, research, e-mail, web hosting, development and management, etc. In addition to the core IT systems, tools and services that keep the college running day-to-day and help researchers analyze their valuable data, the college is expanding its online services, providing internet access  and providing laboratory space for students. different courses. gymnasium 

Healthy body and mind allow to grow mental peace and experience, whether students or employees. KNIPSS offers a state-of-the-art gym that is fully functional with the latest fitness equipment on campus. Teachers and trainers are available throughout the day to train  students. The  KNIPSS gym can accommodate 150-200 students at a time. For equal space and privacy, we have a separate centrally air-conditioned gymnasium for boys and girls. The girls gym is located in the hostel  and is equipped with  treadmills, cross training, cycling, strength equipment and its own aerobics and cardio training area. The boys' gym also has all the latest equipment and facilities for weightlifting, weight training, and special training and strength equipment. Gym activities  help  students stay fit, stay fit, boost confidence and get your adrenaline pumping.
