KC Institute of Hotel Management is affiliated with IKG Punjab Technical University, Jalandhar, Punjab, and Approved by the All India Council of Technical Education (AICTE), Govt. of India. The institute is supervised by the KC Social Welfare Trust.

A library plays a very important role in the overall academic development of students and it is considered the backbone of any academic institution. Therefore, to provide the best facility to our students the college has got a big and spacious library equipped with the best books, journals, and periodicals. It has got more than 7000 textbooks related to various subjects of the hospitality industry. The library has subscribed to many national as well as international journals, newspapers, CDs, and magazines.

It has also got a broadband Internet connection and multimedia facility for the benefit of our student community. Besides, to provide the readymade notes to students a Xerox machine is also installed. The library staff is competent and professionally qualified to deliver the best to the students. 

Computer Centre

The role of Information Technology in a professional course cannot be underestimated therefore the college has established a computer center with more than 100 latest computers installed for the exclusive use of its students. The computer center has also got an Internet facility for knowledge sharing and accessing various websites so that students can update their skills.

Classroom

The college has got well-designed classrooms developed as learning halls to create an atmosphere of professional management training equipped with audiovisual aids such as VCR, TV, OHP, Slide projector and LCD projector, etc. They help in the effective presentation of lectures and thus help for better conceptual growth of students.

Transportation

The College has a fleet of buses to provide safe and comfortable conveyance to its students coming from towns and villages within a radius of about 30 km from Nawanshahar.

It is also proposed to start daily bus service for students commuting from Jalandhar, Ludhiana, Chandigarh, S.A.S Nagar, and Panchkula.

The college has a very good hostel facility for outstation students for both boys and girls. The hostel is equipped with all the basic facilities for the safe and comfortable stay of its students.
