The foundation of the Group was laid by the Late Shri R.R. Aggarwal, an eminent philanthropist of his time in the year 1951. And thereafter, Late Shri G.P. Gupta continued with the rich tradition of the Group of imparting quality and affordable education. Over the last six decades, the KCC Institutes has been actively involved in the quality dispensation of technical and higher education on a pan-India basis through online and network education. The Group has also been credited for innovating virtual methods of dissemination of education in collaboration with various State Universities.

For the past six years, the KCC Institute of Legal and Higher Education has been actively involved in the delivery of high-quality higher and technical education throughout India via online and network-based education. The Group is also credited for inventing new methods of virtual disseminating education in conjunction with different State Universities.

KCC Institute of Legal and Higher Education (KCCILHE) offers courses in Business Administration, Computer Application, Journalism & Mass Communication, and Commerce streams. There are a variety of scholarship schemes offered to students. The scholarships (By Centre & State Government) are in the following order:
Scholarships are based on the class 12th mark
students who scored 90% or more in the 12th class may be eligible for 50 percent of the cost of their first year waived
students who score 85 and 89% in class 12th could receive 25 percent of their first-year fee waived.
students who score between 80% and 84% in class 12th could earn 15% off the first-year fee waiver
Sports Scholarship

StateState Level Player: 10 percent of the fee for each year
NationalNational Level Player:15% of the fee per year
Defense Scholarship
The children of soldiers receive scholarships that can be up to 10% of tuition costs each year.
The student must produce ID cards from their parents to prove service upon admission.
The scholarship is also available to the children of ex-servicemen and they may also be eligible to avail of the scholarship.
KCC Institute of Legal and Higher Education (KCCILHE) placement cell facilitates various activities to prepare students for career opportunities. The cell conducts talk sessions with experienced advisors, grooming sessions, and mock interviews to improve communication and presentation skills. With strong industry connections, students get placed in sectors like IT, Telecom, FMCG, Banking, Insurance, Healthcare, Law firms, etc. Some prominent recruiters include 3M Digital Networks, Thomas Cook, Times of India, and more.
